These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Oraya mobile application operated by Priyanka Parashar (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Oraya provides Vedic astrology tools including kundali (birth chart) generation, compatibility analysis, downloadable reports, and paid live chat consultations with astrologers. Features may change over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of birth details and other information you provide.

3. Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate registration and profile information.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Wallet and in-app purchases

  • Wallet credits are purchased through Google Play or Apple App Store and are used for in-app services such as chat sessions and reports.
  • Prices, plans, and per-minute rates are shown in the App before purchase.
  • Refunds for in-app purchases are handled according to Google Play / Apple policies unless otherwise required by law. Contact us for billing issues.
  • Wallet credits have no cash value outside the App and are non-transferable except as we expressly allow.

5. Astrology disclaimer

Astrological readings, reports, and chat advice are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice. You use the service at your own discretion and risk.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful, abusive, or harassing purposes
  • Share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others’ rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
  • Impersonate others or provide false birth or identity information to defraud astrologers or the platform

7. Intellectual property

The App, branding, report templates, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the App. Report PDFs generated for you are for your personal use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. You may request account deletion as described on our Account & Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on astrological content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or INR 5,000 / USD 50, whichever is greater, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
